WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

RETURNS:
- If you received our products and they are defective, or damaged, or you are not pleased with your order, you have 10 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise to contact us and let us know you wish to return the merchandise.
- To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and labels attached, and in the same condition that you received it. You must contact us before returning the merchandise to us for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. Please contact us BEFORE you send back the item.
- Authorized returns must be shipped within 10 calendar days from the return authorization date back to our shipping address. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- All items should be packed well to avoid damage and returned in their original packaging. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.
- All Special Offers, Promotional Items, and Sale Items are Final Sales. No exchanges, no returns, and no refunds on any of these items.
SHIPPING:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs back to us.
- We recommend that you use a trackable method when returning the merchandise to us. No credit can be given if we do not receive the returned goods.

REFUNDS:
- We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new condition with all original product inserts, tags, and accessories intact.
- Please allow at least 21 days from our receipt of your item to process your return. You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original credit card. Refunds might take 1 - 2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the items returned.
- Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.
